Our fixed double stack bike racks refer to two level bike racks with bottom racks fixed on the ground. The top rack can’t be lowered or lifted, but you can pull it out and lay it down to ground for bike storage. The bottom racks can be installed at different angles of 15, 30 or 45 degree as per the site conditions, but the bottom racks can’t slide in horizontal direction because they are fixed on the ground.
